At Happythreads, we want you to love every purchase, but if you are not completely satisfied, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery. All returned products must be in their original, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact.

Return Process

  Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging and include the packing slip provided in the return portal to ensure faster processing.

  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label, attach it securely to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
